ABOUT AMANDA

Amanda is Chicago-based, with 13 years of experience in the floral industry, mostly in wedding and events. When the pandemic hit in 2020, she shifted her focus from fresh flowers to dried and preserved floral, founding a company called petalpushr.

Amanda has competed in art shows, floral fashion competitions, dressed storefront windows, and displayed her work at galleries across Chicago. Her dried floral art is available online an at a handful of local retailers.

ABOUT PETALPUSHR

Under the moniker petalpushr, Amanda Forgash designs dried and preserved botanical art, including hanging moss frames, floral domes, and retro-inspired vased arrangements. Additionally, she services weddings and events and has built a loyal following through her floral design workshops, teaching beginners and intermediate students alike how to craft their own botanical masterpiece.

With an emphasis on color, texture and unique details, petalpushr has created a recognizable aesthetic that is fun, playful and hip.
